Instructions: To place an order, please print this page and mail it to us with a check or money order made payable to The Mad Woodworker. Because shipping rates vary depending on the size and weight of the items ordered and the distance from our store to your address, no shipping and handling is due at the time the order is placed. We'll promptly send your order COD for the shipping and handling charges. We like this method for two reasons. First, the shipping and handling charges are accurate and reasonable for your order and are not inflated. And since payment is due at delivery, we can be sure that someone actually accepts the package instead of leaving it at the front door!
